Online Spending on the Rise

eMarketer predicts that, despite the economic rough patch, US online advertising will continue to grow through 2008. Online ad spending will rise by 23%. This is consistent with a recent Advertising Age prediction on the growth of online marketing. eMarketer ads that this is mostly attributable to the unique nature of online marketing namely its ability to target, measure and control.
